About NagList
NagList is a personal reminder app made by Mirakai. This page covers the public website and describes the app's current services. You can also read the app's policy in Account.
Account and app content
NagList uses Supabase for authentication and database services. Sign-in may provide your account identifier, name, email and profile image through your chosen provider, including Google or Apple. NagList stores reminders, Lists, dates, notes, completion history, Regulars and their entries to provide the app.
Optional notifications and widgets
When enabled, notification services use device or browser push registration details, preferences and delivery records. Notifications may contain reminder titles. The native iOS app uses Apple Push Notification service; the web app uses browser push services. Supported widgets store a reminder snapshot in an app group; newer versions use a scoped read-only credential in the shared Keychain to refresh it. Device settings control what is visible on a locked screen.
AI and voice entry
If you use AI reminder parsing, the request and information needed to understand it are sent to Google Gemini. Browser speech recognition uses the browser or its speech provider to produce a transcript. Provider policies apply to these optional features.
Website measurement
The public website counts page visits and App Store, Google Play (when available) and web-app link clicks in daily totals on our existing Hostinger hosting. It also counts visits from a recognised search engine without storing the referring URL. These counters use no cookies, visitor identifiers, fingerprinting or reminder content. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Counts are approximate and may include repeat visits. Hosting providers may retain standard operational access logs independently of these counters. Search impressions and organic clicks are measured in Google Search Console once ownership is verified.
Sessions and local storage
The app uses session cookies or native session storage for sign-in and account-scoped local caches to show your last-known reminders. The marketing website does not share your app session or read app content.
Retention and deletion
Your app content remains while it is in your NagList account. Delete NagList Data in Account removes NagList content and signs you out of the app; it does not delete your Google or Apple account, shared Mirakai sign-in identity or another Mirakai app's data. Provider-side backup retention follows provider policies. Website aggregate counters are retained for up to 90 days.
Security and service providers
We use authenticated access controls for app content. Hostinger hosts the website and web application. Supabase, Google, Apple and your browser's push or speech services process information needed for the features you choose. Keep your device and provider account secure.
Advertising and children
We do not use your reminders for advertising or behavioural profiling. NagList is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information.
